WHAT WE DO FOR THE DISTRICT: Provide Public Image workshops at the District Assembly in April and an annual training session in Fall for local clun Public Relations committees on topics including forming P.R. committees, writing successful press releases, motivating the committee, deciding what is newsworthy, and utilizing different forms of the media. We have developed an overall plan to publicize general District Activities utilizing a broad-based radio campaign for this year (pending RI grant approval) and use of RI's Humanity In Motion products for public access channels.  The team also prepares and distributes press releases related to Group Study Exchange, Youth Exchange, Ambassadorial Scholarship opportunities, andd Make a Difference Day to local clubs for submission to their respective newspapers.
