Career Development
The Career Development Committee:
- Serves as the Club’s Vocational Service Committee
- Administers Job Shadow Day with Rotarians and students
- Provides awareness of vocational programs for both students and club members
- Provides support for club members considering career changes
The committee meets at 11am the 2nd Wednesday of the month at the City Hall Meeting Room.

The Committee is responsible for furthering Rotary’s Four Way Test:
Is it the TRUTH?
Is it FAIR to all concerned?
Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER RELATIONSHIPS?
Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
And Rotary’s Code of Conduct:
As a Rotarian, I will:
- Exemplify the core value of integrity in all behaviors and activities
- Use my vocational experience and talents to serve in Rotary
- Conduct all of my personal, business, and professional affairs ethically, encouraging and fostering high ethical standards as an example to others

- Not seek from a fellow Rotarian a privilege or advantage not normally accorded others in a business or professional relationship
